So I saw on the Dig In site today that they are looking for people with gardens to participate in the new series of Nigel Slater’s Simple Suppers!!! So first of all, wow, how would that be to have Nigel Slater visit your garden and cook you up something delicious with your own vegetables? and secondly yay, another season of Simple Suppers to look forward to.
I need to tell my sister as she caught the first series on repeat on Saturday mornings during the winter and said “that’s just the style of cooking I like” so guess what she got for Christmas and then for her birthday? lol Nigel Slater’s Kitchen Diaries book and Nigel Slater’s Tender Volume 1 🙂 I was raving on about his garden and how she needed to see how cool it was and she was looking at me like I was a bit mad but I think she liked the books. She’ll be pleased that there’ll be a new series to look forward to, I guess in the autumn.
