Wow the greenhouse arrived today which was pretty impressive. It arrived in two boxes with a combined weight of about 35 or 39 kilos, not too bad to drag around and like I mentioned before, plastic, not glass.
Did the right thing for once and checked all the bits and pieces before I got started. Good job too as there were two bits missing! Rang the supplier and they will send them out. So managed to get as far as putting the frame up today. Could have gone further and added some of the glazing but it was a bit gusty and I didn’t fancy leaving it half glazed.
I like it, it’s just a baby greenhouse but it’s big enough for what I need. I’m still not convinced I have it in the right position so I haven’t as yet secured it to the ground, just in case I need to move it. I’m concerned about the level of sunlight and that will get worse in the winter.
