Finally got around to planting the rest of the potatoes I didn’t know what to do with. Since I am starting to dig up the pond I have some spare soil, so I used that to fill some old pots and stuck some potatoes in them. Maris Piper, International Kidney, Charlotte and something else I can’t remember right now.
Also planted the summer bulbs, some of the crocosmia, the nasturtium plants.
I’m finding it really hard to concentrate on anything at the moment and it’s a real effort to step outside and do anything. I couldn’t face the supermarket tonight either but there is plenty in the cupboards. Even if it’s just boiled rice and soy sauce, it doesn’t really matter.
