First up are the beignet I made last weekend. They are a little bit like jam filled donuts except I filled mine with chocolate or marzipan, and then they are dusted with icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar)

Mum’s birthday cake – it’s coffee and pecan flavour, and a mini layer cake since it only has four layers. It was really delicious even if I do say so myself 🙂
