This is my 6th vegan anniversary and I actually dread these updates because they are depressing the hell out of me.  So as you know I am injured, my knee, the ligaments in my knee ,and sore.  I’m still struggling with that, it’s difficult to get around but it’s also difficult to sleep because I can’t lie on my side as my knee hurts, so I have to lie in some weird twisted spine way that is super awkward.  My diabetic cat is still not very well and of course is tax time again so it’s really a bit crap right now.

OK the current weight is 16 stone 1 lb 46.1% fat.  I’m still eating the way that I normally eat, I wouldn’t say anything is particularly changed.  Eating hummus, eating apples because I’ve still got russet apples and they’re my favourite so I’m eating a lot of those.  I am drinking some wine,  orange juice,  coffee etc. Eating avocados, some Mexican type food, some pumpkin soup, Special K, tinned fruit, peaches, lots of herbal tea, pitta and hummus, and pasta with lots of veg.  Nothing, you know, outstanding, nothing that would say hey why are you gaining weight or why you’re not losing weight. I’m not doing any exercise but I don’t really think exercise is the problem but here we are another year and still fat still and not healthy.  Over and out.
