There are some really nice herbal teas around and a relatively new company called Pukka Herbs.  They used to sell my favourite flavour in the the supermarket until last year and now they’ve stopped, but I can order direct so that’s cool.

My fav is called Harmonise:

Feel like a goddess with this divine herbal tea! Harmonise tea is a sweet fruity blend of herbs to assist and support women’s health. Shatavari means ‘she who has 100 husbands’ implying its strengthening qualities.

Rose flower, hibiscus and vanilla calm the heart spirit
Shatavari meaning ‘she who has 100 husbands’ is used as a nourishing women’s herb
Chamomile flowers soothe life’s irregularities
Licorice root harmonises the whole system
Certified organic by the Soil Association
Caffeine free

They also have a really nice peppermint tea but it’s not straight peppermint, there are other things in there too and it tastes fantastic.  It’s called refresh.  At the moment my cupboard is full of Pukka tea as I did a bit of a bulk order recently.
