I think it’s the “one month in” slump or however long. Roughly that point in a diet where you just get a bit tired of all the fussing about and just want to eat anything.
I was the same this weekend, I just couldn’t be bothered and just wanted someone to give me a pizza. ‘Course the difference is, there is no pizza here and I’m not in a delivery zone so I’m safe lol I think instead I just didn’t bother eating much and went to bed
I really need to get away from the idea that I need to reward myself with food. Having said that I bought a box of 24 x vegan coconut chocolate bars telling myself that it was a good thing!
