It’s my BIL’s birthday on Tuesday and I won’t see him then but I will see him today so I’ve been experimenting this morning, trying to make vegan cupcakes that people will want to eat! These should be cappuccino flavour.
So far they look the part but I’m just waiting for them to cool to see if they are edible. Meanwhile since I don’t have any icing sugar to make the icing, I’m going to make some out of granulated sugar lol. I haven’t had to do this for a while and some people use a coffee grinder for the job, but I find my blender works just as well 🙂
