UPDATE:

Still vegan, surprisingly easy this time around.  Still writing down what I eat everyday – in notebook not online as I don’t have time and it’s usually pretty much the same.
After the initial weightloss due to no dairy, I think it’s going to be the same old problem. I need exercise to shift it but then that’s not why I decided to go vegan and I have to keep reminding myself that I’m not on a diet, it’s just a change in what I eat, so any weightloss is a benefit, but of course there are much greater benefits.

I’ve been in the garden this week since the weather has been good (although snow is forecast again for next week lol) so maybe the gardening will help.
