So…
I was still knitting a hat for my nephew on Christmas morning lol
Had to give up on making some of the other things I had planned for family just because it wasn’t humanly possible given that I only received the materials a week before xmas, so then I was in a panic on xmas eve wondering what I could give people.  I made a bag for my niece and then I made a mini-me bag for her daughter.

I’d already made an Australian fruit cake for my BIL, so I put that in a box with a bottle of the elderflower champagne I made in the summer and a bottle of the elderberry liqueur I made a couple of weeks ago.  He was very happy with that.

I gave more elderflower champagne and elderberry liqueur out as well as jars of cranberry and apple mincemeat, elderberry jam, lemon and lime butter, and I made stollen, which I cut up and gave to various people.

Niece’s husband got a lot of things to eat and drink from the above list – he likes the hamper idea so he was happy.  Sister got her scarf as did mum.

Phew!

Of course now I have a lot of leftover wool and fabric that I wasn’t able to use to make the presents  :worried:

Photos coming…

I *think* people were happy but I still don’t feel like it was enough, especially compared to some of the presents I received which definitely cost a lot more :worried:

Anyway, here are some photos of some of the things I made:

another one of those pompom scarves.  This red one was for a friend.  I made a black one for my sister, and I got the multi shades of grey one
