Well this was a tad disappointing since I’ve lost nothing since Wednesday.  Memo to self:  stop the mid-week weigh-ins!  I see a couple of possibilities for lack of loss; one – not juicing as I should be, two – made cashew milk and been drinking it, three – been eating the goji berry raw cake, four – plus the potluck on Tuesday, five – no beetroot juice and I really think that does make a difference, six – possible hormonal issues.

Went to mum’s today and drank 500ml of green juice to try and get back on track and I watched more of I Used to be Fat.
