My first thoughts are that I forget how hard it must be for people starting from a different start point than I am – it’s not my first rodeo (or juice fast) after all, and my diet is vegan and a high percentage is raw, plus I’m already caffeine and alcohol free, so I feel for Fred as it can be quite a shock to the system and I hope he sticks with it to get the awesome results 60 days of juicing will bring. My second thought is that he’s lighter than I am *sob* but not for long Freddie boy, not for long!
